Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have — including the rights of California residents. In plain language.

Who we are and what this covers
Golden Technology Resources Inc. (“GTR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a healthcare consulting firm based in Glendale, California. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and the forms on it. It does not cover information you provide under a separate, signed consulting engagement, which is governed by that engagement’s agreement.
We are a consultancy — not a healthcare provider — and we do not ask for protected health information (PHI) or sensitive personal information through this site. Please do not submit it here.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, the vertical and services you’re interested in, your state, your timeline, and any message you write. Under California law, this falls into the categories of identifiers and commercial information.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log limited technical data — such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed — for security and to keep the site running. Under California law this is internet or network activity.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation.
- To prepare for that conversation by understanding your model and goals.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the site.
- To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not use the information you submit for purposes materially different from these without telling you first.
How we share it
We do not sell or share your personal information (as “sell” and “share” are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act), and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not disclose your information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
We may disclose information to service providers who help us operate the site or respond to you (for example, hosting or email providers) under contracts that limit their use of it, and when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies, analytics & Do Not Track
We use a privacy-conscious, cookieless analytics service (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic, such as page views and general device and region data. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an advertising profile of you. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them will not prevent you from using the core parts of the site.
Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites, we do not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personal information about your activity across different websites when you use our site.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete the personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — though, as noted above, we do not sell or share it.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information through this site.
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email us at karinekocharyan30@gmail.com. We will verify your request before acting on it and will not discriminate against you for making one. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with proof of permission. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code §1798.83), we confirm that we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to you, to keep reasonable business and legal records, and to comply with our obligations — then we delete or de-identify it.
How we protect it
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and operators and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
